RETURN POLICY


A) Due to the nature of the products sold, namely, the potential of use of a license and then a refund claimed, no refunds will be provided for any reason unless the seller is unable to either resolve the issue with the license key or provide a replacement. Subscription based products will be pro rated from the date of sale against the period left of the subscription.
B) Due to the variations and nature of products sold, you agree to allow the seller an opportunity to rectify any issue or error message. Any failure/refusal to do so, renders this agreement null and void with no obligations owed by the seller to you.
C) If the seller is unable to provide a replacement of the product purchased, a refund will be processed within 1 day and may take up to 3 working days to reflect. The seller undertakes that all refunds are a full refund of the purchase price.

D) Due to the nature of products sold, and potential for use of a product after it has been sent and then a refund claimed, STRICTLY no refunds are provided due to a buyer’s failure to read the item description after the buyer has received a product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the item description before purchase. Any buyer who fails to comply will be referred back to these provisions. (This does not apply to defective products, see Paragraph A above)
